Dr. Kristen Brendel is a licensed IL Social Work CEU provider through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Many professional development (PD) events she facilitates are also eligible for CEUs. Dr. Brendel is happy to customize PD trainings and retreats to meet your organization's needs. Some topics she has provided PD for in the past include but are not limited to mindfulness-based interventions for professionals, sustainable self-care and resiliency, mindfulness-based stress reduction, secondary traumatic stress, ethics and diversity, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness.

Mindfulness Teacher Training for Professionals

A certificate program for professionals to teach mindfulness in mental health, educational, and healthcare settings. Included CEUs for social workers and LCPC.
